Background : Employee productivity is needed in improving the quality of performance so that it can achieve company goals effectively and efficiently. High employee productivity will result in maximum achievement in work. Work productivity is influenced by various things, one of which is calorie intake, breakfast habits and the nutritional status of the workforce. Work nutrition is one of the requirements to achieve optimal health status, especially for workers. The condition of more or less nutrition experienced by the workforce will affect the health condition and mobility ability so that it can affect work ability and productivity.
Objective : Analyzing the relationship between calorie intake, breakfast habits and nutritional status with the work productivity of Muhadi Setiabudi University employees.
Method : This research uses quantitative research. The design of this study used a cross sectional approach and the sampling technique was using a total sampling technique of 40 employees, a sample of staff from Muhadi Setiabudi University. Collecting data using a questionnaire and 24-hour recall.
Results : Based on data analysis using the chis-quare test, it is known that the research variables related to employee work productivity are calorie intake (p=0.027), breakfast habits (p=0.002) and nutritional status (p=0.000).
Conclusion : There is a relationship between calorie intake, breakfast habits and nutritional status with employee work productivity. |
