Abstract: Purpose-This research aims to analyze the effect of servicescapes and experiences on future shopping experiences in industrial era 4.0 as an effort to avoid market failure. Design/methodology/approach- Research method with quantitative approach. The research sample consisted of 100 traders at the Islamic Market Center Saporete Brebes obtained using Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Findings-The results showed that there is a positive and significant effect of servicescapes on efforts to avoid market failure through income redistribution; experienscapes has a positive but insignificant effect on efforts to avoid market failure through income redistribution. Implication-The local government is required to make policies related to market implementation which are closely related to economic aspects by focusing on the orientation and shopping style of consumers in the industrial era 4.0. Future shopping styles in the industrial revolution 4.0 era must be able to combine online shop and physical shop styles. both are complementary not substitute. Abstract: This paper aims to analyse the importance of relational marketing, along with the factors that contribute to level of customization. In this regard, the study would like to contribute to the deepening of the body of knowledge about the role of customized relational quality in its function to improve marketing performance. By using qualitative study with systematic review analysis, the results show that customization will provide services that are more relevant to the needs and desires of buyers in differentiating offerings and competitors so that will increase the value of the offer. Customization is one of the characteristics of competition. The implication of customization is that the operating system must be flexible to control the customer's unique needs and change its design. It is also noteworthy to mention some factors capable of determining the level of customization, such as high flexibility, high volume and economical and timely. Abstract: This study aims to explore the comtemporary internet-based style of life with social media might influence the company's performance in the market decision-making process or the company level. This study investigates questions using both social media and market data with company information. By using descriptive analysis, the results of the study emphasize the need for customer databases as a first step and fundamental in building superior corporate performance through social media-based marketing. Abstract: This article attempts to analyze the extent to which companies are capable of using social media as a basis for marketing. This study proposes a model framework to examine the effect of variable customer database management, utilization of social media marketing and adaptation of customer tastes to customized relational quality and marketing performance. The sample in this study were 177 general managers and marketing managers in three to five star hotels in Jakarta based on data from the Jakarta Statistic Center in 2016 and the Indonesian Hotel and Restaurant Association (PHRI). Data collection methods that will be used in this study are structured interviews using a personal questionnaire, which is then analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Statistical test results show that the variables of customer database management, utilization of social media marketing and adaptation of customer tastes have an impact on customized relational quality, whereas, variable management of customer databases, utilization of social media marketing, adaptation of customer tastes and customized relational quality affect marketing performance. Abstract: Permasalahan mitra dalam pengabdian ini yaitu guru-guru SMP di daerah losari belum memiliki kreativitas dan inovasi dalam membuat bahan ajar interaktif pada masa pandemi Covid-19 guru belum siap menggunakan teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Tujuan pengabdian yaitu untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan bahan ajar interaktif untuk guru-guru SMP dengan menggunakan aplikasi Lectora Inspire. Metode pelaksanaan yaitu survei lokasi, melakukan wawancara, analisis permasalahan, menyusun modul pelatihan, dan menyusun tes awal (pretest), memberikan tes awal (pretest), pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan bahan ajar interaktif, monev bahan ajar interaktif yang telah dibuat guru, dan memberikan tes akhir (Posttest). Mitra pada pengabdian ini yaitu guru-guru SMP di Kecamatan Losari Kabupaten Brebes dengan jumlah peserta 15.Hasil dari pengabdian terjadi signifikan, hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa pemahaman awal guru-guru SMP yaitu 18,09% setelah diberikan pretest. Kemudian pemahaman akhir guru-guru SMP dalam memahami aplikasi Lectora Inspire yaitu sejumlah 85,71% setelah diberikan posttest. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada kenaikan 67,52% dalam pemahaman Lectora Inspire setelah diberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan. Abstract: Lecturer Functional Position is an Academic Position system that is obtained through submissions covering Tri Dharma activities in tertiary institutions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of lecturers without functional positions on the productivity of lecturer research activities. The dependent variable (Y) in this study was the productivity of lecturer research activities, while the independent variable (X) was Lecturers without Functional Positions. The method used is a quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study was 76 permanent lecturers at Universitas Muhadi Setiabudi. Because of the population was less than 100, then all populations were taken as samples. This study used the census method. Data analysis techniques were performed using a One-Way ANOVA method. The results of the study and discussion showed that the average role of lecturers without functional positions has an influence of 83,3% on the productivity of lecturers' research activities. Abstract: Peran Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah atau lebih sering dikenal UMKM dalam pertumbuhan perekonomian suatu negara sangat penting karenaUMKM merupakan penggerak utama sektor riil yang berpengaruh langsung terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) terhadap Program Technopreneurship. Jumlah Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 105 Orang pelaku UMKM Mitra Mandiri Kabupaten Brebes, sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan dari jumlah populasi yang dijadikan sampel dengan metode sensus yang jumlahnya 105 responden. Metode analisis data dilakukan dengan mengunakan program SPSS untuk mengolah data Kuantitatif dari isian Kuesioner. dengan cara Uji Validitas dan Reabilitas Tingkat signifikansinya 0.05 (a=0.50), Analisis Regresi, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji Normlitas, Uji F, Uji t dan Uji Determinasi.
