Karya Bhakti Brebes Vocational School is one of the schools in Brebes with
facilities that are not inferior to other schools. Karya Bhakti Brebes Vocational
School now has 6 majors including Software Engineering (RPL), Computer and
Network Engineering, Multimedia, Online Business and Marketing, Office
Automation and Governance, Accounting and Institutional Finance. This study
aims to determine the effect of leadership style and work discipline on teacher
performance. This type of research uses quantitative. The population of this study
were teachers at Karya Bhakti Brebes Vocational School, the number of samples
as respondents was 80 teachers. The type of data used is primary and secondary
data. Data collection techniques with direct observation, interviews or interviews,
distributing questionnaires to respondents directly and finally, namely collecting
data with documentation. The data analysis technique itself is by using the SPSS
version 16 program. What is being tested is the Validity and Reliability Test.
Descriptive Analysis Test. Verification Analysis Tests include Multiple Linear
Regression Analysis Tests and Determination Coefficient Tests. The hypothesis
test is using the t test and f test. The results of this study are: 1) Leadership style
has a significant and positive effect on teacher performance. It is known that the
significance value for the effect of x1 on Y is equal to 0.000 <0.05 and the value
of t count is 5.565 >t table 1.991. 2) Work Discipline has a significant and
positive effect on employee performance. It is known that the significance value
for the effect of x2 on Y is 0.002 <0.05 and the t count value is 3.139 > t table
1.991. 3) Simultaneously, Leadership Style and Work Discipline have a
significant and positive effect on Teacher Performance. It is known that the
significance value for the influence of Leadership Style and Work Discipline
simultaneously on Teacher Performance is 0.000 <0.05 and the calculated F value
is 44,538 > F table 3.96. |
