Abstract:

This study aims to: (1) Determine the effect of communication on employee
performance at PT. SMJ. (2) Knowing the effect of education on employee
performance at PT. SMJ. (3) Knowing the effect of communication and education
together on the performance of employees at PT. SMJ.
This research is a descriptive quantitative research. The place of research was
conducted at PT Sumber Masanda Jaya. The research subjects were all employees
at PT Sumber Masanda Jaya. Data collection techniques using observation,
documentation, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using validity test,
reliability test, normality test. multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and
anova test.
This study addresses the following findings: (1) Communication is always carried
out within a company to achieve the goals set by the company, communication is
also very important to be carried out in the work process with the aim of
motivating employees, providing direction from each department, and providing
guidance or training for every employee. (2) the level of education will have an
impact on understanding, knowledge, innovation and creativity of employees in
working to achieve the vision, mission and goals of the company. (3)
communication and level of education have effectiveness in achieving work goals,
because employees will maximize their ability to work to achieve the goals that
have been set. |
