dc.description.abstract Jasmine leaves contain chemical compounds such as alkaloids, glycosides, saponins, terpenoids, and flavonoids. The content of flavonoids in jasmine leaves can be potential as antioxidants and have activities needed in the wound healing process such as flavonoids. This study aims to determine the formulation of jasmine leaf extract ointment (Jasminum sambac). The formulation of the jasmine leaf extract ointment was made with a concentration of 1 g, 1.5 g, and 2 g of jasmine leaf extract. Jasmine leaf extract was obtained by maceration method using 96% ethanol. The resulting ointment was then tested for its physical characteristics including organoleptic tests, homogeneity tests, pH tests, dispersibility tests, and adhesion tests. The results obtained showed that the physical characteristics of the jasmine leaf extract ointment at F1, F2, and F3 were semi-solid, dark green in color, not rancid, homogeneous, and at F1, F2, and F3 the jasmine leaf extract ointment met the requirements of a good test. from pH test, spreadability test, and adhesion test. Thus, it can be concluded that the formulation of jasmine leaf extract ointment with a concentration of 1 g, 1.5 g, and 2 g has good ointment preparation characteristics. en_US
