| dc.description.abstract |
In order to enforce discipline, companies often make rules that can be
implemented by employees so as to provide motivation and good disciplinary habits
or culture to employees, so that employee performance is even more optimal. Good
employee performance will have an effect on company productivity.
The approach in this study uses quantitative methods. The location of this
research is at PT. Long Rich Indonesia. The time of the research was carried out
for 7 months starting in January 2022 from the start of submitting the title to
completion in November 2022. The population in this study were 4540 employees
of PT. Long Rich Indonesia. The sample in this study used 100 respondents. The
sample in this study used 100 respondents. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear
regression analysis. Data analysis using SPSS 25.0 program.
The results of this study indicate that partially organizational culture has a
significant influence on employee performance. Work motivation has a significant
effect on employee performance, as well as the path coefficient test for work
motivation as an intellectual variable between organizational culture and employee
performance. |
