Abstract: The purpose of this study was to describe the forms and functions of Megawati Soekarnoputri's illocutionary speech acts in the Pancasila Kick Off Meeting Event in Action. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The source of the data in this research is Megawati Soekarnoputri's utterances on the KOMPASTV YouTube channel which contain the forms and functions of illocutionary speech acts. The data collection technique used is note-taking technique. The data analysis technique in this study is transcript data analysis. The results of the study of Megawati Soekarnoputri's Illocutionary Speech Actions in the Pancasila Kick Off Meeting Event in Action found 31 assertive speech forms, 10 directive data, 15 expressive data, 1 data commissive, 1 data declarative. Assertive utterances are divided into 8 forms, namely suggesting 6 utterances, showing 4 utterances, speculating 2 utterances, declaring 10 utterances, reporting 2 utterances, expressing opinions 4 utterances, claiming 1 utterance, and affirming 2 utterances. There are 4 types of directive utterances, the directive advises 5 utterances, the directive asks for 1 utterance, the directive confirms 1 utterance, and instructs with a total of 3 utterances. Expressive utterances are divided into 4 forms, namely expressive giving thanks 3 utterances, expressive praising 3 utterances, expressive mocking 7 utterances, and apologizing 2 utterances. Then the commissive utterances of the contract form are 1 utterance, and the declarative utterances of the surrender form are 1 utterance. As for the functions of illocutionary speech acts obtained from Megawati's utterances, there are 21 utterances, namely competitive, convival and collaborative utterances. The competitive function tells 3 stories. Konviva thanks 2 utterances and konvival praises 2 utterances. The collaborative function of the 14 utterances is, 2 speculating expressions, 10 informing utterances and 2 reporting utterances. Abstract: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan prinsip kerja sama Grice dalam sidang Ferdy Sambo. Jenis metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simak, catat, dengan dibantu kartu data. Keabsahan data yang digunakan penelitian ini menggunakan trianggulasi teori untuk menguji keabsahan data yang ditemukan dengan berlandaskan pada teori yang ada. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan teknik padan. Pada data menunjukkan diperoleh data sebanyak 59 tuturan yakni 17 tuturan yang mematuhi maksim kualitas, 21 tuturan yang memenuhi maksim kuantitas, 16 tuturan sesuai dengan maksim relevansi, 5 tuturan yang memenuhi maksim cara. Bahwa berdasarkan data tersebut percakapan-percakapan dalam sidang sudah memenuhi prinsip kerja sama. Penerapan prinsip kerja sama bisa terpenuhi apabila terjadi percakapan atau pembicaraan peserta tutur sesuai dengan konteks komunikasi sehingga menjadi komunikasi yang baik dan efisien. Abstract: Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk 1) mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai perjuangan dalam novel Roro Mendut karya Y.B. Mangunwijaya, 2) mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai perjuangan dalam novel Perempuan yang Menangis kepada Bulan Hitam karya Dian Purnomo, dan 3) menganalisis perbandingan nilai- nilai perjuangan yang terkandung dalam kedua novel tersebut. Jenis penelitian ini yakni deskripstif komparatif dengan membandingkan kedua teks yang berbeda. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan pendekatan sastra bandingan. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah nilai-nilai perjuangan tokoh utama dengan sumber penelitian berupa dua novel yang berbeda. Kemudian, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data baca dan catat. Keabsahan data yang digunakan yakni triangulasi sumber dan teknik serta diskusi teman sejawat. Teknik dalam menganalisi meliputi; membaca kedua novel, mengidentifikasi dan memberi tanda pada penemuan data, mencatat temuan, mendeskripsikan temuan yakni nilai-nilai perjuangan pada kedua novel, mendeskripsikan perbandingan nilai-nilai perjuangan, menyimpulkan hasil penelitian. Adapun hasil penelitian meliputi; nilai-nilai perjuangan yang terkandung dalam novel RM sebanyak 41 data. Data-data tersebut dibagi menjadi 5 data yang menunjukkan nilai rela berkorban, nilai persatuan sejumlah 5 data, nilai harga- menghargai sejumlah 14 data, nilai sabar sejumlah 4 data dan semangat pantang menyerah sejumlah 7 data, serta nilai kerja sama sejumlah 6 data yang menunjukkan nilai tersebut. Sedangkan dalam novel PMBH dapat ditemukan oleh peneliti nilai-nilai perjuangan sebanyak 50 data. Pembagian tersebut dibagi menjadi 5 data nilai rela berkorban, nilai persatuan sejumlah 5 data, nilai harga-menghargai sejumlah 8 data, nilai sabar 9 data dan semangat pantang menyerah 11 data, serta nilai kerja sama sejumlah 12 data yang menunjukkan nilai tersebut. Persamaan nilai-nilai perjuangan dalam kedua novel meliputi: tidak ditemukannya data nilai rela berkorban, kedua novel ditemukan data yang menunjukkan nilai persatuan, nilai harga-menghargai, nilai sabar dan semangat pantang mneyerah, serta nilai kerja sama. Sedangkan, dalam perbedaan nilai-nilai perjuangan juga demikian. Keduanya ditemukan data nilai rela berkorban namun dengan sikap yang berbeda satu sama lain, terdapat perbedaan sikap yang menunjuk pada nilai persatuan, nilai harga- menghargai, nilai sabar dan semangat pantang menyerah, serta terdapat perbedaan data pada sikap yang menunjukkan nilai kerja sama. Terakhir, terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dalam nilai-nilai perjuangan pada kedua novel tersebut. Dalam novel RM terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada nilai harga-menghargai xi dibandin novel PMBH. Adapun dalam novel PMBH terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada nilai sabar dan semangat pantang menyerah dibanding dengan novel RM. Abstract: Kurang aktifnya siswa dalam belajar bahasa Indonesia disebabkan oleh kurangnya pemahaman siswa tentang manfaat belajar Bahasa Indonesia dan perannya terhadap kehidupan di masa mendatang. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah : 1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kedisiplinan siswa di masa pandemi covid-19 terhadap Hasil belajar mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia, 2) Untuk mengetahuipengaruh perhatian orang tua terhadap Hasil belajar mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia, 3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kedisiplinan dan perhatian orang tua di masa pandemi covid-19 terhadap Hasil belajar mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia . Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden 30 siswa kelas X SMK Bhakti Utama NU Songgom Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa 1) Kedisiplinan berpengaruh terhadap Hasil Belajar Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SMK Bhakti Utama NU Songgom. Dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung 1,505 lebih besar dari dari ttabel sebesar 0.144 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 1,505> 0,05. 2) Perhatian Orangtua berpengaruh terhadap Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SMK Bhakti Utama NU Songgom.. Dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung-3,465 lebih besar dari dari ttabel sebesar -2,0518 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,002< 0,05, dan 3) Kedisiplinan dan Perhatian Orangtua secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh yang positif terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SMK Bhakti Utama NU Songgom. Abstract: The intense competition in the culinary business greatly af ects sales turnover which greatly influences the continuity of a business. The concept of selling itself is an activity that relies on the ability of the company team (sales) to make consumers trust and believe in the products of ered. So to increase culinary business sales, business actors must pay attention to branding, taste and market segmentation. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the ef ect of: 1) branding on increasing sales, 2) taste on increasing sales, 2) market segmentation on increasing sales, and 3) branding, taste and market segmentation on increasing sales simultaneously at Seblak Mega Easy Losari shop. The research population was 1,250 people. Sampling in this study used the Slovin formula using an incidental technique with a total of 93 samples. The data used is primary data from the answers to the respondent's questionnaire. Hypothesis testing uses SPSS 25. The theoretical basis used is branding, taste, market segmentation, and sales. The results showed that branding had a significant ef ect on increasing sales, taste had a significant ef ect on increasing sales, market segmentation had a significant ef ect on increasing sales, and simultaneously branding, taste and market segmentation had a significant ef ect on increasing sales at Kedai Seblak Mega Easy Losari. Abstract: There are more and more MSME actors who have the potential to help the country's economy, starting from small units, which will certainly become a relatively resilient economic wheel. Therefore, implementing strategies to market products and services is very important for a person to be able to compete and also influence consumers to want to buy the products they sell or offer. So, to improve consumer purchasing decisions at UMKM Mitra Mandiri must pay attention to price competition, product and service quality. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of: 1) price on consumer purchasing decisions, 2) products on consumer purchasing decisions, 3) service quality on consumer purchasing decisions, and 4) price, product and service quality simultaneously on consumer purchasing decisions in UMKM Mitra Mandiri Brebes Regency. The research population was 375 people, with a sample of 79 people. Sampling using the Slovin formula using the incidental technique. The data used is primary data from the answers to the respondent's questionnaire. Testing the hypothesis using SPSS 25. The theoretical basis used is price, product, service quality, and consumer purchasing decisions. The results showed that price has a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions, product has a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions, service quality has a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions, and simultaneously price, product and service quality simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer purchasing decision variables at UMKM Mitra Mandiri Brebes Regency. Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of price on consumer satisfaction in Garuda peanut products in Brebes Regency, to determine the effect of quality on consumer satisfaction in Garuda peanut products in Brebes Regency, and to determine the effect of price and quality on customer satisfaction in Garuda peanut products in Brebes Regency. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach and the type of research is a case study supported by a survey. The method used in this study is the correlational research method, namely research that aims to determine whether there is an association between two or more variables, and how far the correlation is between the variables studied. The population in this study is all Garuda bean consumers in Brebes district whose number is unknown, while the sample is 143 using the Lemeshow formula because the population size is unknown. The data used is primary data in the form of a questionnaire instrument. Data analysis technique with multiple regression analysis. The results of the study obtained a significance value (Sig) for the Price variable of 0.000 and Product Quality of 0.000 < the value of Sig. 0.05, which means that there is an effect of price on consumer satisfaction and the effect of product quality on consumer satisfaction. The F table value is 31.614 > from F count 2.74, then the price and product quality simultaneously have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction. The ability of the price and product quality variables in this study affects consumer satisfaction at Garuda Peanut in Brebes,Regency by 69.90%, while the remaining 30.10% is explained by other variables. Abstract: Analytical analysis is an analysis that is used to find out the relationship in a financial statement such as a balance sheet financial statement and profit and loss statement. The financial analysis that is used between lain rasio profitabilitas and likuiditas. The purpose of this study was to determine the results of cash management analysis on the profitability and liquidity of Alfamart Bojongsari. Alfamart Bojongsar, Brebes, Central Java, in the process each of them has to experience turnover according to the company's activities. However, the company's profitability tends to increase in the last 3 years. The approach in this study uses a qualitative method. The position in this research is located at Alfamart Bojongsari Brebes. When the research will be conducted in 2023. The population in this study is the financial data of Alfamart Bojongsari from 2020 to 2023. The hypothesis testing uses profitability and liquidity ratio analysis. The results of this study indicate that the analysis of cash management on its profitability, and proves that from 2020, 2021 to 2022 has experienced a significant increase, can be downloaded from the financial statements of the last three years and management Cash to Likuiditas levels, it is proven that from 2020, 2021 to 2022 experienced increases and decreases, and from the last three years of financial statements. Abstract: This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, determine the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance, determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, determine the influence of organizational culture, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction together on employee performance at PT BIG Brebes. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach and the type of research is empirical studies supported by surveys. The method used in this study is the correlational research method, which is research that aims to determine whether there is an association between two or more variables, and how far the correlation exists between the variables studied. The population in this study is all employees at PT BIG, Brebes totaling 2650 people. The sampling technique in this study used the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 10% of 96 respondents. The data used is primary data in the form of questionnaire instruments. Data analysis techniques with multiple regression analysis. The results of the study obtained a value t calculate the variable of organizational culture of 3.915 > t table 1.98580, which means that organizational culture has a significant and positive effect on employee performance at PT BIG Brebes; t value calculate the organizational commitment variable of 3.144 > t table 1.98580, which means that organizational culture has a significant and positive effect on employee performance at PT BIG Brebes; t value calculate job satisfaction variable of 6.249 > t table 1.98580, which means that organizational culture has a significant and positive effect on employee performance at PT BIG Brebes; and a calculated F value of 88,800 > F table 2.47 which means organizational culture, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction together affect employee performance at PT BIG Brebes. The ability variables of organizational culture, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction simultaneously in this study affect employee performance at PT BIG Brebes by 73.50%, while the remaining 26.50% is explained by other variables. Abstract: This study aims to find out: the influence of marketing strategies and service quality on room occupancy rates at King Royal Hotel Brebes. This type of research is quantitative. The population of this study was visitors using a sample of 98 respondents. The survey collection method is by distributing questionnaires to respondents both directly and online using google forms. The technique of determining the number of samples in the study used random sampling techniques. Data analysis using the SPSS 25 program. The results of the study stated that; 1) partially, the marketing strategy variable has a calculated value of ttable < where (5.889 > 1.661) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05 that the marketing strategy has a significant positive effect on room occupancy rates; 2) partially, the service quality variable has a calculated value > table where (6.279 > 1.661) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05 that the quality of service has a significant positive effect on room occupancy rates; 3) simultaneously marketing strategies and service quality on room occupancy rates show the results that the calculated value of the Ftable > is (152.696 > 3.942), with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05, So the variables of marketing strategy and service quality together (simultaneously) have a positive effect on room occupancy rates. It is expected to maintain the quality of service to consumers, competent and experienced human resources to design the right marketing strategy to maximize guest visits and room occupancy rates. Abstract: CV. Amanah Sentosa Tegal is a small company engaged in the distribution sector that provides food snack products. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of price, product quality and product diversity on purchasing decisions for CV Amanah Sentosa Tegal. The approach used in this study is an associative approach. The research population is infinite with a purposive sampling technique, so that a sample of 500 shops is taken. Data analysis techniques in this study used instrumental tests covering validity and reliability, classical assumption tests covering normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test F test, and determination test. data processing using the SPSS software program (statustic package for the social scienceb) 0.25 for windows, the results of the study show that partially, each price variable, product quality and product diversity affect purchasing decisions. This is evidenced by the tcount value of 0.2646 > ttable of 0.1991 with a significance value of 0.040 <0.05. Partially, product quality variables influence purchasing decisions at CV Amanah Sentosa Tegal. This is evidenced by the tcount value of 2.086 < ttable of 0.1991 with a significance value of 0.035 > 0.05. And product diversity variables affect purchasing decisions at CV Amanah Sentosa Tegal. This is evidenced by the tcount value of 2.975 < ttable of 0.1991 with a significance value of 0.004 > 0.05. and the price variable is the most dominant variable y. Abstract: Companies must pay attention to the production process to produce the best quality. Good product quality is obtained from the raw materials used and the production process that goes through. The approach in this study uses a quantitative method. The position in this research is at PT. Indokarya Gemilang Star. When the study was carried out until July 2023 The population in this study was 1985 employees of PT. Indokarya Gemilang Star. The sample in this study used 90 respondents. Testing the hypothesis using multiple linear regression analysis. Information analysis uses the SPSS 16.0 program. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the Goods Control System and business position affect consumer buying attention, as evidenced by the sig value of 0.021 <0.05 and the calculated F-value is greater than F-table which is 4.064> 3.10. partial Goods Control System affects export quality, as evidenced by the sig value of 0.036 <0.05 and the t-count value is greater than t-table which is 2.129> 1.987. On the other hand, business position does not partially affect export quality , evidenced by the sig value of 0.135> 0.05 and the t-count value is smaller than the t-table which is 1.510 <1.987. Abstract: The Mangrove tourism object of annexed barong ambulu located in Losari District, Cirebon Regency on the direct border of West Java and Central Java has potential that has not been managed optimally by pngelola (Pokdarwis), the public, the private sector and the government. The increase and decrease in the number of tourists, income from ticket prices and local original income are used as benchmarks in the development of tourist attractions. The population in this study is all people who have traveled to Mangrove tourism objects caplok barong. The sample of this study was 100 people with random sampling technique. The data used comes from primary and secondary data. This type of research uses quantitative and qualitative mix research types. The results of this study occupy quadrant IV so it is necessary to develop using a diversification strategy. The average contribution of Mangrove Caplok Barong tourism objects to local original income in 2018-2022 is 660,550. Mangrove Caplok Barong Ambulu Tourism Object needs to maximize the existing strength factors so as not to experience setbacks in tourism competition. The existing threat factors need to be minimized by recognizing what is a threat and then the existing threats are processed in order to become the strength and potential that can be owned by the Mangrove Caplok Barong Ambulu Tourism Object. Abstract: Meizaya is a veil brand that has now spread among the public. There are so many veil brands spread in Indonesia such as Zoya, Rabani, Ellzata, and many more, the amount of competition makes Meizaya apply an alternative, namely creating the best quality and latest veil products. Meizaya displays the latest and best collections in an increasingly competitive business development, making Meizaya continue to innovate day by day. This type of research is quantitative. The population of this study was active customers using a sample of 100 respondents. Data collection method by distributing questionnaires to respondents online using google form. Brand Awareness has a positive direction towards the Meizaya Veil Purchase Decision. This is supported by the calculated value for Brand Awareness (X1) of 4,518 greater than the ttable value of 1,985 (2,916 > 1,985) and the sig value. The t-test on Brand Awareness is less than 0.05 (0.004 < 0.05) and the Marketing Mix has a positive direction towards the Meizaya Veil Purchase Decision. This is supported by the calculated value for Marketing Mix (X2) of 2.019 greater than the ttable value of 1.984 (6.268 > 1.984) and the sig value. t-test on Marketing Mix from 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). Brand Awareness and Marketing Mix together Kep Meizaya Veil purchase messenger. This is supported by the calculated value obtained of 226.033 greater than the ftable value of (226.033 > 3.93). Abstract: This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation and tenure on employee performance. The method use in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis, which is based on facts that accur in the field. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis used in this study used the normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. After going through the validity and reliability tests, then the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression tests and tests of the coefficient of determination. The researcher processed the data from the results of the questionnaire answers using the SPSS 17 application. Work in this research has an effect on employee performance. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination, an R of 0.335 or 33.5% is obtained, this indicated that variables of work motivation and length of servicehave a 33.5% influence on employee performance variables, while the remaining 66.5% is influenced by other variables not present in this study. This research was conducted at the Indonesian Post Office in Brebes Regency. The theory that supports this research and the sample used in this study is 69 respondents from 84 populations. Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of using technology and financial reports on increasing profits for UMKM Mitra Mandiri Brebes players. This research is a type of quantitative research with the number of respondents as many as 86 MSMEs Mitra Mandiri Brebes. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires using the media google form. Samples were selected using purposive sampling criteria and then calculated using the Slovin formula. The data used are primary data in the form of respondents' answers and processed using SPSS version 25.0 including correlation tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression tests, t tests, and f tests. The results of this study indicate that the use of technology and financial reports to increase profits in Mitra Mandiri Brebes MSME actors. The results of this study indicate that the use of technology and financial reports has a positive and significant effect on increasing profits for UMKM Mitra Mandiri Brebes players. Abstract: Current developments in technology and information have made people very consumptive and forget to invest in preparation for the future, especially the millennial generation. This research was conducted in Brebes Regency, especially for the younger generation. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Financial Literacy, Income and Investment Intentions on Mutual Fund Investment Decision Making. The population in this study were 667,297 residents of Brebes Regency aged 15 to 34 years. The samples included in this study were 400 residents of Brebes Regency. The data used is primary data, namely by distributing questionnaires and using secondary data, namely by taking data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) Brebes. This study uses validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination tests. The test tool uses SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that: 1) financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on mutual fund investment decision making, 2) income has a positive and significant effect on mutual fund investment decision making, 3) investment intensity has a positive and significant effect on investment decisions Mutual fund investment decisions and 4) financial literacy, income and investment intensity simultaneously and significant effect on mutual fund investment decision making. Abstract: This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of profitability, liquidity and CSR disclosures listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method used is quantitative research, with secondary data in the form of annual financial reports of food and beverage companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2021 period. The research population is 33 food and beverage companies listed on the IDX. The sampling technique used purposing sampling, obtained a sample of 16 companies. This study uses a tool to analyze data with the IBM SPSS version 25 program. Abstract: Fraud is a behavior that is against the law but still occurs from year to year with different motives. So the researcher intends to analyze and detect fraudulent financial reporting through the fraud hexagon, which consists of stimulus, opportunity, capability, rationalization, arrogance, and collusion. The sample used is LQ 45 index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018–2022, with a total sample of 125 obtained through a purposive sampling technique. Researchers used quantitative descriptive research with panel data regression analysis techniques. The analysis uses the Common Effect Model (CEM) with the help of Eviews 12 software. The results show that the pressure presented by financial stability has a significant effect on the potential for fraudulent financial reporting. Meanwhile, opportunity through ineffective monitoring, capability seen from the change of directors, rationalization seen from the change of auditors, arrogance seen from the number of CEO photos, and collusion seen from cooperation with government projects have no significant effect on the potential for fraudulent financial reporting. This research can be used as a reference for future researchers and for investors to stay away from factors related to fraudulent financial statements. Abstract: Increasing taxpayer compliance is carried out one way by increasing tax rates and service quality and service innovation in responsibility villages, one of which is land and building tax. , in this study using quantitative research and using primary data in the form of distributing questionnaires or questionnaires the population of this research is all land and building tax payers in the village of liability as many as 3,545 taxpayers with sampling techniques using probability sampling techniques using simple random sampling techniques so that obtained 100 respondents with an error rate of 10% while for this research model using a multiple linear regression model with the help of IBM SPSS 29. For the results of this study it can be concluded that tax rates have a significant positive effect on taxpayer compliance, and seen from research service quality has a positive effect significantly to taxpayer compliance, seen from service innovation research has a significant positive effect on taxpayer compliance. while for the study of tax rates, service quality and service innovation simultaneously have a significant positive effect on taxpayer compliance.
