Victims of violence against women and children are also known as gender-based violence. Where empirical evidence has shown that women are a group that are victims of violence in various forms, for example, physical, psychological, sexual, neglect, exploitation and many other violence. indeed very few are found in the existing literature, where it is rarely revealed that the victimization of women through acts of violence is brought to the criminal justice system. Many factors may influence the perception of the general public, that the violence they experience is better to hide. This makes the predators of violence even more happy because of the helplessness of the victims who do not dare to report the violence they have experienced. So the purpose of this research is to make it easier for victims of acts of violence to report and for people who see acts of violence can immediately report so that the DP3KB party can immediately deal with victims. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method, namely by Design and Creation where this study aims to develop products in the field of information and communication technology while the data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and literature studies. In the system development method using the waterfall model or prototyping. Based on the results of the trial of the application, an application is produced that can facilitate victims of violence and the public who see acts of violence in terms of reporting. |
