Archives are something that cannot be separated from an organization or institution, archives have such an important role. the large number of letters made and received in the administration section, so that data retrieval will be inefficient in terms of time and effort by using a manual system. So that at this time a more structured mail management administration system is needed in order to speed up the search for existing data and report generation, so the author feels the need to design a Correspondence Archive application that is considered necessary and helps the majors. This application is designed using PHP and MySQL. The software is an archiving system. The features in the system include a homepage, references, note-taking letters, agenda books, profiles. During software development, the methodology used is Exploration, both the software development methodology and the technology that will be used in developing the software. Then Software development by utilizing the results of exploration. |
