This study aims to implement a satisfaction survey application system at PO. Sinar Jaya Brebes. PO.Sinar Jaya is one of the largest bus transportation companies in Indonesia in the category of inter-city inter-provincial buses. PO.Sinar Jaya continues to develop in the field of transportation to meet the needs of an increasingly diverse community. Satisfaction service is an important part of a company, especially PO. Sinar Jaya which is engaged in the largest bus transportation sector today..
Based on the results of research, PO. Sinar Jaya has not implemented a survey system which is very important for evaluating performance at PO. Sinar Jaya. This research also uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) calculation method to calculate the level of satisfaction for each customer. This calculation is done manually through Microsoft Excel by entering data from customers who have conducted a survey on the application that has been implemented. On the problems faced, it can be concluded that in this research the author makes a satisfaction survey application at PO. Sinar Jaya using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) calculation method. |
