Research on "Employee Acceptance Decision Support System Using Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) Method". The recruitment process of employees, the company must have clear, objective standards. Planned employee recruitment requires fairly strict recruitment procedures. However, it is done manually which takes a long time. This research aims to provide accurate decision support system results and can assist in making decisions for the employee admissions process. The research method used in this study is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). This method can determine the weight value of each attribute and continued with the process of fighting that will choose the best alternative. By applying the SAW method that can provide information and recommendations of choice to personnel produces the ranking of prospective employees (alternatives). |
