The higher the demands and needs of the society on the form and quality of service, the higher public complaints about the problem and therefore the need for this application of public complaints so that people can get a maximum of service. Public complaint is a very important factor for every institution so that people can assess its performance. In creating this report the authors employed three data-collection techniques: literature study, interviews and observation and the method for designing the system, the waterfall method. The final result of this paper is a web-based public complaint application using the Laravel framework in order to make it easier for the public to make complaints. |
