Abstract

The development of information technology has an important role in the progress of a company. Private companies such as PT. Ajeka Utama Distrindo Tegal, which is engaged in trade and distribution of consumer goods such as food, non-food, and electronic goods, still requires a computerized system, one of which is the making of reports on delivery of goods. Reporting is still done manually using Microsoft Excel. Freight Forwarding Information System PT. Ajeka Utama Tegal is a website-based application that aims to make it easier to make delivery reports so that reports made can be systemized and documented better and neatly. This application is built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The method used in the development of information systems at PT. Ajeka Utama Distrindo Tegal is the Prototype method. The output of this information system is a delivery report which is expected to be more informative so that it is easy to understand.
