Abstract: Background : The highest prevalence of stunting in Central Java Province based on the 2022 Indonesian Nutritional Status Survey (SSGI) is 29.1% in Brebes Regency. Kluwut with the highest prevalence of 35.19%. This is an interesting factor to study which is the risk of stunting. Objective : To determine the relationship between mother's knowledge, energy intake, protein intake, fat intake, and carbohydrate intake with the incidence of stunting in Kluwut Village. Methods : This study used a type of observational research with a cross sectional design. Research instruments with interviews, filling out questionnaires, filling out questionnaires, and measuring nutritional status. Calculation of the sample in this study using the slovin formula with simple random sampling technique obtained 60 toddlers. Analysis of the chi-square test data to determine whether or not there is a relationship between maternal knowledge and macronutrient intake and the incidence of stunting. Results : Shows that mother's knowledge with a p-value of 0.002; energy intake with a p-value of 0.049; protein intake with a p-value of 0.153; fat intake with a p- value of 0.103; and carbohydrate intake with a p-value of 0.000. Conclusion : There is a relationship between mother's knowledge and energy intake with the incidence of stunting and there is no relationship between protein intake, fat intake, and carbohydrate intake with the incidence of stunting in Kluwut Village.
