Abstract: Background : Employee productivity is needed in improving the quality of performance so that it can achieve company goals effectively and efficiently. High employee productivity will result in maximum achievement in work. Work productivity is influenced by various things, one of which is calorie intake, breakfast habits and the nutritional status of the workforce. Work nutrition is one of the requirements to achieve optimal health status, especially for workers. The condition of more or less nutrition experienced by the workforce will affect the health condition and mobility ability so that it can affect work ability and productivity. Objective : Analyzing the relationship between calorie intake, breakfast habits and nutritional status with the work productivity of Muhadi Setiabudi University employees. Method : This research uses quantitative research. The design of this study used a cross sectional approach and the sampling technique was using a total sampling technique of 40 employees, a sample of staff from Muhadi Setiabudi University. Collecting data using a questionnaire and 24-hour recall. Results : Based on data analysis using the chis-quare test, it is known that the research variables related to employee work productivity are calorie intake (p=0.027), breakfast habits (p=0.002) and nutritional status (p=0.000). Conclusion : There is a relationship between calorie intake, breakfast habits and nutritional status with employee work productivity. Abstract: Introduction : The problem of stunting in children needs to be a concern, because it is a reflection of the quality of human resources in the future. Factors that cause stunting originating from toddlers themselves are low birth weight (LBW) in addition to that, toddlers who receive inappropriate complementary feeding have a risk of experiencing stunting compared to toddlers who receive appropriate complementary feeding. Objective : To determine whether the practice of breastfeeding is not appropriate and low birth weight as a risk factor for stunting in children aged 12-24 months in the working area of the Kersana Public Health Center, Brebes Regency. Methods : This study is an analytical observational study with a case control design to analyze causal relationships using reverse logic, namely determining disease (outcome) first and then identifying the cause (risk factors). The research variable consists of stunting bound variables and BBLR-free variables and MPASI Practices. The sample consisted of a case group and the control group was 74 children consisting of 37 children aged 12-24 months who were stunting and 37 children aged 12-24 who were not stunting. Results : Based on the results of the study of the case case of inappropriate MPBREAST MILK practices as many as 20 people (54.1%), statistical test obtained a value of p = 0.485 (<0.05) with an OR (Odd Ratio) value of 1,544 (0.617-3,863). The case group had a history of BBLR of 27 people (73%), p = 0.001 (<0.05) with an OR (Odd Ratio) value of 5,625 (2,069-15,292), meaning there was no significant influence between the practice of administering MP-breast milk with stunting events and there was a significant influence between the history of BBLR and stunting events in children aged 12-24 months. Abstract: Background: Based on the results of the data from the Health Office of Brebes Regency, the data shows the nutritional status of toddlers based on the index of BB/U, TB/U, and BB/TB during 2019. The number of toddlers who were weighed was 113,144 toddlers. as many as 9,366 toddlers (8.28%) were categorized as undernourished. Wanasari Village ranks first out of 6 villages, in the Sidamulya Health Center area, Wanasari District, Brebes Regency, there are 38 toddlers or 17% in 2019 from a total of 218 toddlers in Wanasari village and in 2020 the number of under-fives with malnutrition is 35 toddlers from 15% of a total of 227 toddlers, and the latest toddler data in 2021, which is 129 out of 168 toddlers. Methods: This research is an explantory research (explanation) of the relationship between 2 or more variables, namely the dependent variable (Nutritional Status of Toddlers) and independent variables (exclusive breastfeeding, knowledge, behavior, mother's work and toddler's food intake). Results: Research on the factors that affect the nutritional status of children under five in Wanasari village, Wanasari sub-district, Brebes district has been carried out since July 2021. The respondents in this case are mothers who have children under five aged 12-24 months. Conclusion : There is no relationship between mother's work and the nutritional status of children under five in Wanasari village, There is no relationship between mother's knowledge and nutritional status of children under five in Wanasari village, . Abstract: Background: Students are individual figures who are in the process of changing from childhood to adulthood, these changes occur physically, biologically, psychologically and socially. Data on the nutritional status of the Brebes District Health Office in 2016 amounted to 81.22% of good nutrition, 0.33% of undernutrition and 18.14% of overnutrition. This indicates that the level of nutritional knowledge among students in Indonesia is still relatively low, so attitudes in choosing nutritious foods are still lacking. Purpose: To determine the relationship between nutritional knowledge and nutritional status of students at the University of Muhadi Setiabudi, to determine the relationship between energy intake and nutritional status of students at the University of Muhadi Setiabudi. Methods: This study uses an analytic observational research type. The research design is cross sectional. The sample of this study is a total sample of 129 students who meet the criteria. Sampling technique using proportional random sampling technique. Abstract: Background: Elementary school children are vulnerable to nutritional problems such as underweight and overweight, especially during the pandemic. Factors that affect the nutritional status of children such as nutritional knowledge, knowledge of covid-19, food intake and physical activity. Objective: This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between nutritional knowledge, food intake and physical activity with the nutritional status of school children at MI Mamba'ul Hisan. Methods: The method used is interview using a cross sectional approach, namely the researcher takes data on the independent variable and the dependent variable. This research was conducted at MI Mamba'ul Hisan with a sample size of 81 students. Results: Based on the results of statistical tests using the Chi-square test, the p value of nutritional knowledge was 0.799, the p-value of covid-19 knowledge was 0.231, the p-value of fat intake was 0.641, the p-value of carbohydrate intake was 0.277, and physical activity was 0.977, i.e. >0.05, which means that there is no relationship with health status. Nutrition. While the p-value of energy intake is 0.000 and the p-value of protein intake is 0.006, which is <0.05, meaning that there is a relationship with nutritional status. Conclusion: there is no relationship between nutritional knowledge, knowledge of covid-19, physical activity, fat and carbohydrate intake. Abstract: Background: Early childhood age is an age that is susceptible to various diseases, including those caused by a lack or excess of certain types of nutrition. A person's nutritional status depends on nutritional intake and needs. Early childhood food intake can affect nutritional status. Lack of body weight according to age can be an indication that toddlers have poor nutritional status. The main food intake in newborns is breast milk. Exclusive breastfeeding allows children to have a better nutritional status. Birth weight, especially LBW, can be a predictor of underweight cases. Objective: Aims to determine the relationship between food intake, exclusive breastfeeding, and birth weight on the nutritional status of early childhood of aged 24-59 months in Pesantunan Village. Methods: This type of research is observational with a cross sectional approach. The research instrument was a questionnaire and weight measurement. The number of research samples was 80 children under five from 290 population. Sampling used cluster random sampling method by applying one stage simple cluster sampling. Statistical test using Chi Square test. Result: The results of the Chi-Square test are variable energy intake to nutritional status 0.795, protein intake to nutritional status 1,000, fat intake to nutritional status 1,000, carbohydrate intake to nutritional status 0.508, exclusive breastfeeding to nutritional status 0.085, birth weight to nutritional status 0.046. Conclusion: From the results of the analysis, it was found that there was a relationship between birth weight of early childhood, and there was no relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and food intake of total energy, protein, fat, and carbohydrates on the nutritional status of early childhood. Abstract: Background: Non-communicable disease (NCD) is one of the health problems that has become a national and global concern. One of the causes of NCD is high cholesterol levels in the blood. Excess cholesterol levels in the blood will easily stick to the walls of blood vessels, so that it can form clots that can lead to narrowing of the blood vessel channels. According to the percentage of age, high cholesterol occurs in most of the age group > 60 years. Increased levels of cholesterol in the blood can be influenced by food intake, physical activity and nutritional status. Objective: to determine the relationship between food intake, physical activity, and nutritional status with blood cholesterol levels of pre-elderly and elderly people in the working area of Losari Public Health Center. Methods: The research design used was observational with a cross sectional approach. The number of samples obtained as many as 70 respondents. Results: By using Chi square, There was a relationship between fat intake (p=0.040), fiber intake (p=0.042), and nutritional status (p=0.027) with blood cholesterol levels in pre-elderly and elderly people, while cholesterol intake (p=0.051) and physical activity (p=0.051) and physical activity (p=0.051). p = 0.506) there is no relationship with blood cholesterol levels of pre-elderly and elderly in the working area of Losari Health Center. Abstract: Background: Gout arthritis is a degenerative disease caused by abnormal purine metabolism which is characterized by increased levels of uric acid in the blood. Several factors that can increase uric acid levels in the blood include genetics, purine intake, obesity, gender, and consumption of certain drugs. Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between nutritional knowledge, purine intake, and nutritional status on the incidence of gout arthritis in the working area of Bulakamba Public Health Center. Methods: The design of this study used an observational study with a cross sectional study approach. The number of samples in this study were 74 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used in this study used research instruments such as nutritional knowledge forms, Semi Quantitative-Food Frequency Questionnaire forms, measurements of weight and height and measurements of uric acid levels. The results: Of the Chi-Square test of nutritional knowledge variabels on the incidence of gout arthritis p<0,05 (p=0,012), purine intake variabels on the incidence of gout arthritis p<0,05 (p=0,000), dan nutritional status variabels on the incidence of gout arthritis p<0,05 (p=0,011). Abstract: Background : Along with the development of soccer in Indonesia, now there are many soccer schools that aim to train and educate prospective soccer players from an early age. In it there is a training program for young athletes not only to train physically, but must still pay attention to their nutritional needs to increase stamina and performance of soccer players. Objective : This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of nutritional knowledge of nutritional intake, BMI, and frequency of isotonic drinks in SSB Dewantara Brebes students. Methods : This study uses a cross-sectional design and a non-probability technique sampling with purposive sampling type 53 respondent. Result : Research can show that there is a relationship between nutritional knowledge on nutritional intake with a value (p = 0,020), BMI with a value (p=0,003), and not there is a relationship between nutritional knowledge on the frequency of isotonic drinks with value (p = 0,315). Methods : This research design is observational with a cross sectional approach. The research instruments were interviews, filling out questionnaires, filling out questionnaires and measuring nutritional status. The sample in this study used a total sampling of 70 respondents. Abstract: Background: Cancer is a non-communicable disease, or NCD (Non-communicable diseases) caused by free radicals, figs which contain high antioxidants in the form of phenols, unsaturated fatty acids such as omega 3, omega 6 and omega 9, which is useful to ward off bad cells that cause cancer. Antioxidants are substances that can fight the harmful effects of free radicals that are formed as a result of oxidative metabolism, which is the result of chemical reactions and metabolic processes that occur in the body. Thus, consuming lots of foods that contain high antioxidants is beneficial for the body to ward off free radicals as cancer triggers. Objective : The general objective of the study was to determine the effect of adding figs to the characteristic and antioxidant activity of white bread to reduce the risk of cancer. Research Methods: The research method used is the oneway ANOVA method of variance to determine the effect of adding fig flour in making white bread on antioxidant content, sensory quality, and proximate quality. Results: The results of the sensory texture test on fig flour white bread ranged from 2.52 to 3.60 with a P value of 0.001. The color of fig white bread ranges from 2.60 to 3.24 with p value = 0.038. The taste of fig white bread ranged from 2.04 to 3.84 with p value = 0.000. The aroma of fig fresh bread ranged from 2.16 to 3.16 with p value = 0.009. The content of antioxidant activity of fig fresh bread ranged from 4375.7567 to 131.6664 with p value = 0.000. Proximate test results obtained ash content (2.02%), water content (30.99%), fat content (10.83 %), protein content (9.68%), carbohydrate content (46.48%). Conclusion: Based on the results of the oneway ANOVA test, the sensory quality of the proportion of fig flour and wheat flour on aroma, taste, texture and color affects fig white bread. the proportion of fig flour and wheat flour to antioxidants significantly affected the level of antioxidant activity. Based on the proximate analysis of fig bread, it met the 1995 SNI standard for water, ash, fat, carbohydrates and protein content. Abstract: Background : During adolescence, there are many biological, psychological, and social changes. One of the nutritional health problems of adolescents is anemia. Women have a high risk of developing anemia, especially in adolescent girls. Some of the factors are the low consumption of Fe, vitamin C, and nutritional status. Anemia causes the body's sensitivity to pain to increase. This causes a person who is menstruating to feel menstrual pain which is called dysmenorrhea. Objective : This study aims to determine the relationship between levels of consumption of Fe, vitamin C, nutritional status and anemia status with the incidence of dysmenorrhea in adolescent girls at SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung. Methods : The design of this research is cross sectional. 51 respondents were taken from 2 class XI MIPA. Collecting data using a questionnaire and checking Hb. Data analysis using Chi Square test. Results : The results of the Chi Square test analysis showed that the p-value of Fe intake was 0.590 > 0.005, the level of vitamin C intake was 0.665 > 0.005, nutritional status was 0.557 > 0.005, and the p-value of anemia was 0.163 > 0.005. Conclusion: There is no relationship between the level of Fe intake, the level of vitamin C intake, nutritional status and anemia with the incidence of dysmenorrhea in adolescent girls at SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung. Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of adding arrowroot flour to food fiber content, sensory quality of wet noodles, and to determine the results of the proximate test. Research Methods: The research method used is the one-way ANOVA method to determine the real effect of adding arrowroot flour in the manufacture of wet noodles on the fiber content of food, as well as the sensory quality, and the proximate analysis. Results: The color sensory test results on arrowroot flour wet noodles ranged from 2.60 to 3.24 (yellow) with a P value of 0.038. The aroma of arrowroot flour wet noodles ranged from 2.60 to 3.16 (fragrant) with a P value of 0.151. The taste of arrowroot flour wet noodles ranged from 2.48 to 3.04 (savory) with a P value of 0.145. The texture of the arrowroot flour wet noodles ranged from 2.80 to 3.40 (chewy) with a P value of 0.043. The dietary fiber content of arrowroot flour wet noodles ranged from 3.74% - 8.55% with a P value = 0.000. Proximate test results obtained wet noodles with a proportion of arrowroot flour containing carbohydrate content of 52.84%, protein content of 10.3%, fat content of 1.27%, ash content of 1.2%, and water content of 34.39. Conclusion : Based on the results of the one-way ANOVA test, the proportion of arrowroot flour with wheat flour had no effect on the aroma and taste of wet noodles. The proportion of arrowroot flour and wheat flour had a significant effect on the color and texture of wet noodles. The proportion of arrowroot flour and wheat flour on dietary fiber content has a significant effect on dietary fiber content of arrowroot flour wet noodles. Abstract: Background : High levels of cholesterol in the blood can be caused by factors of the food consumed. Indonesia is a country with one of the cardiovascular workers who continuously ranks first. One of them is coronary heart disease. Based on data from Riskesdas (Basic Health Research) in 2013, the proportion of Indonesian population with above-normal total cholesterol levels is higher in women (39.6%) than in men (30.0%) and in urban areas is higher than in rural areas. In 2017 the incidence of hypercholesterolemia was 39.8%. Purpose: To determine the effect of the addition of onion flour and mocaf flour on phytochemicals and the acceptability of cookies as an alternative food for people with hypercholesterol. Method: This study is a type of research on single-factor RAL (Complete Randomized Design) (Monofactor). With the free variables in this study is the acceptability and phytochemical of quercetin levels. Each experiment is carried out 3 times, so that 12 units of experimental units will be obtained. Data collection using interview and questionnaire methods. Statistical tests using the Oneway Anova test. Results: Statistical testing results show that there is an influence on the proportion of onion flour and mocaf flour on the color, taste, texture and quercetin content of cookies. Abstract: Background : Coffee has become the main focus of attention because of its global consumption level and its impact on public health. Based on data from the International Coffee Organization (ICO), the level of coffee consumption in Indonesia grew 44%. One of the harmful compounds found in coffee is caffeine, which can increase alertness, increase concentration and reduce drowsiness. This has an impact on increasing food intake. In addition, coffee consumption is also associated with weight loss. This shows that coffee consumption can affect a person's nutritional status. Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between coffee consumption and sleep duration, food intake, and student body mass index (BMI). Research Methods: This research design is cross sectional. 62 respondents, all of whom are students of the Faculty of Health, Muhadi Setiabudi University. Data collection using questionnaires, measurements of height and weight. Data analysis uses Pearson's r correlation if the data is normal and Spearman if the data is not normal. Results: The results of the analysis showed that there was a relationship between coffee consumption and sleep duration P = (0.017), food intake P = (0.044) and there was no relationship between coffee consumption and Body Mass Index P = (0.685). Conclusion: There is a relationship between coffee consumption with sleep duration and food intake in students and there is no relationship between coffee consumption and Body Mass Index (BMI) in students. Abstract: Background: Nutritional status is a health condition that is affected by the intake of food and the use of nutrients. The level of knowledge or how to read good nutritional information labels is related to the practice of selecting good packaged food for students. The Food and Drug Monitoring Agency (BPOM) reported that in 2015 in the fourth quarter there were 742 (20.62%) food labels out of 3,598 food product labels that were identified as non-compliant (TMK). In addition, 1,130 (40.56%) of the 2,786 food advertisements also did not meet the requirements. The behavior of reading labels can be used as a preventive and promotive action in an effort to maintain nutritional health. Objective: to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge, perception and adherence to reading food labels with the nutritional status of students of the Faculty of Health Sciences Methods: this study used an analytic observational type, with a cross-sectional research design. The study used a total sampling technique of 58 FIKES students who met the criteria. Results : shows that the level of knowledge has a significance value of 0.114. Perception has a significance value of 0.028. Compliance with reading has a significance value of 0.599 and food intake has a significance value of 0.721 where p>0.05 then the hypothesis (Ho) is accepted and Ha is rejected. Conclusion : There is no relationship between the level of knowledge, perception, and adherence to reading food labels and food intake on students' nutritional status. Abstract: Background: pencak silat is one of the martial arts sports that requires good physical endurance. Physical endurance in athletes is an important factor that is very influential in improving the performance of athletes in sports. Factors that affect physical endurance in athletes include food intake, nutritional status, and healthy lifestyles such as smoking Objective: determine the relationship between the level of adequacy of food intake, nutritional status of smoking behavior to physical endurance in INSEBA pencak silat athletes Brebes branch Method: the research design used in this study was a cross-sectional study. The study used a total sample technique of no more than 100 people Results: showed no relationship between the level of adequate food intake and physical endurance (p = 0.742). There was no association between nutritional status and physical endurance (p = 0.087). There was a relationship between smoking behavior and physical endurance (p = 0.001). Abstract: Background : The highest prevalence of stunting in Central Java Province based on the 2022 Indonesian Nutritional Status Survey (SSGI) is 29.1% in Brebes Regency. Kluwut with the highest prevalence of 35.19%. This is an interesting factor to study which is the risk of stunting. Objective : To determine the relationship between mother's knowledge, energy intake, protein intake, fat intake, and carbohydrate intake with the incidence of stunting in Kluwut Village. Methods : This study used a type of observational research with a cross sectional design. Research instruments with interviews, filling out questionnaires, filling out questionnaires, and measuring nutritional status. Calculation of the sample in this study using the slovin formula with simple random sampling technique obtained 60 toddlers. Analysis of the chi-square test data to determine whether or not there is a relationship between maternal knowledge and macronutrient intake and the incidence of stunting. Results : Shows that mother's knowledge with a p-value of 0.002; energy intake with a p-value of 0.049; protein intake with a p-value of 0.153; fat intake with a p- value of 0.103; and carbohydrate intake with a p-value of 0.000. Conclusion : There is a relationship between mother's knowledge and energy intake with the incidence of stunting and there is no relationship between protein intake, fat intake, and carbohydrate intake with the incidence of stunting in Kluwut Village. Abstract: Background : The ideal body is generally every woman's dream, in fact not all women can have an ideal body. In Indonesia, 13.5% aged 18 years and over are overweight and 28.7% are overweight (BMI ≥ 25). Based on the RPJMN (National Medium Term Development Plan) indicators, from 2015 to 2019, 15.4% were obese (IMT ≥ 27). Obesity can occur when a person experiences an increase in body fat mass above normal limits. Excess fat mass is at high risk for various types of non-communicable diseases such as high blood pressure, coronary heart disease, diabetes, joint disease and so on. Objective :To determine the relationship between physical activity, exercise frequency and food intake with fat mass in the aerobics group at Poespyta Gymnastics Studio, Cigedog Village. Methods : This study used analytic observational, the research design was cross sectional, the sample was taken by total sampling technique, totaling 30 respondents according to the inclusion criteria and data analysis using the Pearson Correlation test and the Spearman Correlation. The results of the Pearson Test : Shows that the physical activity variable with fat mass obtained a value of p = 0.039. The variable frequency of gymnastic exercises with fat mass obtained a value of p = 0.001. Variable fat intake with fat mass obtained p = 0.001. Variable intake of carbohydrates with fat mass obtained p = 0.750. The intake variable with fat mass obtained p = 0.199. Conclusion: Showing that the physical activity variable has a significant relationship with fat mass, the value of p = 0.039 is obtained. There is a significant relationship between the frequency of gymnastic exercises and the fat mass obtained by the value of p = 0.001. There is a significant relationship between the fat intake variable and the fat mass with a value of p=0.001. There is no significant relationship between carbohydrate intake variable and fat mass with p = 0.750.
