Abstract: This research aims to analyze and determine the influence of service quality, trust and service quality on loyalty and religiosity in the Tama cooperative. The location of this research is at the Tama Cooperative which is located on Jl. IN Panjaitan, Kalibuntu, District. Pabedilan, Cirebon Regency, West Java. This research uses qualitative methods because the data presented is related to description or analysis. The data is then processed into analysis to test hypotheses that reveal the relationship between the variables used. The data source used in this research is primary data. The sampling technique uses the Slovin formula with a population of 359, with a sample size of 179. The research results show (1) Service Quality: t-value of 2,432 with a p-value (Sig.) of 0.016, (2) Trust: t-value of 6,265 with p-value (Sig.) is 0.000. (3) Religiosity: The t value is 5.811 with a p-value (Sig.) of 0.000. All p-values for these predictor variables are smaller than the specified significance level (usually 0.05). Therefore, it can be concluded that each predictor variable "Service Quality," "Trust," and "Religiosity" individually has a significant influence on the dependent variable "Loyalty." Abstract: Quality of service and the role of companion is one of the factors that influence community satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of service quality and the role of chaperones on satisfaction with the delivery of PKH assistance in Sidamulya village. For research sampling, researchers used the Slovin technique, so the sample used was 76 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. Test the validity of the instrument using Product Moment correlation and reliability testing using Cronbach's Alpha. The classic assumption test consists of the normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. The hypothesis test consists of a partial test (t test), simultaneous test (F test) and multiple linear regression tests. The service quality variable (X1) has a significant and positive effect on community satisfaction (Y). This is indicated by the significant value of 0.000 <0.05 and the t-count value of 2,224 > the t-table value of 1,665. The Chaperone's Role variable has a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of beneficiaries of PKH assistance. the results of the analysis are proven by a significant value of 0.003 <0.05 and a t-count value of 5,077 > a t-table value of 1,665. Variables Influence of Public Service Quality and Companion Role have a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of beneficiaries of PKH assistance. 15.810 while the F table value is 3.97, it can be seen that the calculated F value > F table, with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05. Abstract: This study aims to determine the influence of patient perception and puskesmas image on the interest in visiting Tanjung health center. The method in this study used quantitative research whose data collection was by distributing questionnaires to patients visiting the Tanjung health center with sampling techniques using non-probability sampling techniques totaling 95 respondents. The data is then processed using statistical data analysis applications or processed with SPSS 25. The results of the study can be concluded as follows: Multiple regression results of patient perception and puskesmas image positively affect visit interest. The hypothesis test showed that the F test of patient perception and puskesmas image had a significant effect on visit interest. The results of the patient perception t test have a significant effect on the interest in visiting, and the image of the puskesmas has a significant effect on the interest in revisiting patients at the Tanjung health center. The result of the coefficient of determination of 0.612 means that the level of interest in visiting the Tanjung health center of 61.2% can be explained by perception and image. Abstract: In the context of village governance, the significance of enhancing transparency and accountability in financial management is underscored by the prevalent challenge of low transparency and accountability levels. This challenge has the potential to lead to administrative failures, ill-informed policy decisions, and the potential proliferation of corrupt practices, ultimately detrimentally affecting both the community and overall village development. The primary aim of this research is to ascertain and analyze the individual and combined effects of Transparency, Accountability, and the Role of Village Officials on village financial management. The importance of this study lies in examining the extent to which village officials contribute to the establishment of transparent and accountable financial management practices in the Wanasari Sub-district. The research methodology employed is associative causality, designed to uncover relationships between independent and dependent variables. Based on the outcomes of the t-test and F-test analyses, it is evident that Transparency, Accountability, and the Role of Village Officials exert significant independent and simultaneous influence on village financial management. It is recommended that future researchers delve deeper into this study by introducing pertinent independent variables, thereby enriching the comprehension of village financial management.
