dc.description.abstract Traditional medicine is an herb derived from plant, animal, mineral, sarian preparations and a mixture of ingredients from generations used for treatment and applied in accordance with the norms prevailing in society. In Indonesia, traditional medicine is used as a standard herbal medicine and phytopharmaceutical medicine, in general the use of traditional medicine is considered safer than other modern medicines. This is because folk remedies have side effects that are relatively safer for long-term consumption. Based on the researcher's initial observations, the level of knowledge of the people of Kemurang Kulon Village is still minimal because it is limited to only knowing herbal medicine. This study aims to determine the level of knowledge in the community about the use of traditional medicine. The method used is a quantitative descriptive research method. In this literature review, it uses a simple random sampling method. The data used are primary data obtained through questionnaires. This study included the people of Kemurang Kulon Village who met the inclusion criteria with a total of 99 respondents. The results of this score recapitulation showed an average of 62.9%. So it is concluded that the level of public knowledge about the use of traditional medicine in Kemurang Kulon Village is good. en_US
