Abstract: Flood is a condition of the phenomenon of natural disasters that have a relationship withamount of damage in terms of life and material. Flood starts from an increasepopulation, climate change and land use change. Drainage capacitywhich is small and the amount of sediment in drainage causes flooding / flooding.Other problems also arise from household wastewater. Urban areas that aresolids cannot treat waste water individually. So, waste water willflow in urban drainage systems. In this study, rain plays an important role in the evaluation and planning of drainageurban area. Data needed for rainfall data, land use data and datatopography. The rainfall data used is the maximum daily rainfall datareward station with a comparison of other stations. Rainfall data is analyzedwith the Log Person III and Gumbel methods then tested by Chi Square forchoose the distribution of statistics received. Rainfall data is then applied inthe intensity of rainy days with the mononobe method. Rain intensity is useful forcalculate peak discharge with a rational method.Based on the data, flooding in several channels in Tegal Barat was like on the roadPineapple, Rambutan Road, Lumba Lumba Road, Cinde and Bawal Road. The evaluation is in the form of analyzing the discharge of each drainage channel atall of Tegal Barat region. After evaluation there are several channelsdrainage that needs re-planning such as the channels of pineapple and western baroque, cinde and dolphin channels; andsome drainage channels need normalization like the Bawal canal. Abstract: Shallots are one of the horticultural commodities that are quite strategic and have high economic value. The level of public consumption of shallots in Indonesia continues to increase. The abundant production of shallots in Brebes causes shallot prices to fluctuate. The plentiful harvests also affect the decline in shallot prices in Brebes. This study aims to analyze the Farming Business Profit and Farming Efficiency of Shallots in the Sidomakmur Farmers Group, Sidamulya Village, Wanasari Subdistrict, Brebes Regency, Central Java. The research method used is Descriptive Quantitative. In one planting season, the Sidomakmur farmers group incurred a total cost of IDR 130,000,000 and obtained an income of IDR 227,900,000. Therefore, in one planting season, the Sidomakmur farmers group made a profit of IDR 97,900,000, and based on the calculation using the formula NPMx/Px = 1, a farming efficiency of 0.82 or 82% was obtained, which means the Sidomakmur farmers group is less efficient in running their farming business as it is still below 1. It is hoped that the Sidomakmur farmers group can maximize the existing potential so that the shallot farming business can become efficient. Files in this item: 1

Abstract: Education plays a very important role in improving human resources as a whole. In the school environment, the role of educators and educators is very important. Besides educating students, it is expected to be able to improve its human resources to support the quality and quality of schools as educational institutions. SMA Negeri 1 Losari is an institution engaged in the field of education. In terms of improving the performance of its employees, the school held a selection of the best employees which had been carried out several times in the last two years. However, in terms of evaluating the selection of the best employees, they still use a manual system that takes a long time and can cause human errors in calculations, causing errors in selecting the best employees. Therefore, the authors designed a Decision Support System (DSS) using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The SAW method consists of five criteria, namely Performance, Discipline, Integrity, Service Orientation, and Commitment. Each criterion is determined by the value of the weight of importance. The results of this study obtained the highest score of 0.89 on an employee named Dail, S.Pd. as the best employee. URI: http://192.168.252.215:8080/xmlui/handle/123456789/203 Files in this item: 1
