ANALISIS KEPUASAN PETANI TERHADAP KINERJA PENYULUH PERTANIAN DENGAN METODE IMPORTANCE PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS ( IPA )

Abstract

Agricultural extension is an important and strategic activity that cannot be separated from development in the agricultural sector. One indicator of the role of agricultural extension is the development of farmer groups, which is shown through their ability both in technical terms and in the management of the farming business they run. This study aims to determine the level of farmer satisfaction with the performance of extension services in Bangsri Village, Bulakamba District, Brebes Regency. This study used a questionnaire approach and data analysis using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) methods which aimed to determine the level of farmer satisfaction with agricultural extension services.The CSI calculation result obtained a score of 78,344% showing that farmers are satisfied because the score is in the range of 66% - 80% in the satisfaction indeks value,and the IPA result are in quadrants II and III in the cartesian diagram.
