Students' motivation to keep an eye on learning materials is weakening. A less harmonious family environment can also be a weak factor in learning motivation in children. Motivation becomes very important to influence students in learning activities. Motivation is one of the most important elements in effective teaching. Students motivated to learn something will use higher cognitive processes of learning and absorbing and remembering more than that. Motivation as an internal process that enables, guides and maintains behavior over time. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze a) the influence of internet utilization as a learning resource on students' learning motivation at SDN Losari Lor 03, Losari, Brebes; b) the influence of the family environment on students' learning motivation at SDN Losari Lor 03, Losari, Brebes; c) the influence of using the internet as a learning resource and family environment together on the motivation of students at SDN Losari Lor 03, Losari, Brebes.This research uses quantitative approach using explanatory research type through associative research, which is research that aims to explain the relationship between two or more variables with the aim of obtaining valid data. Research data used is subject data in the form of opinions, attitudes, experiences or characteristics of a person or group of people who are the subject of the study. The data is obtained using a) questionnaire in the form of a list of questions in writing that are then shared with respondents to be filled out, b) primary documents in the form of answers to the results of questionnaires from respondents, c) literature studies derived from several literature and other supportive readings.
The results of this study are known to be the value of correlation coefficient R of 0.667 and double determination coefficient value R2 = 0.817 and Adjusted R Square of 0.636. The coefficient of determination of 0.667 stated the amount of independent variable contribution of internet utilization as a learning resource (X1) and family environment (X2) of 66.70% in explaining the variable variability of dependent student learning motivation (Y) at SDN Losari Lor 03, Losari, Brebes. The correlation coefficient of 0.667 states the strong simultaneous influence of independent variables on internet utilization as a learning resource and family environment against dependent variables of student learning motivation.Based on the regression equation 43.361 + 0.425X1 + 0.292X2 . Based on the multiple regression equations can be interpreted that each increase of one unit of variable utilization of the internet as a learning resource (X1) and family environment, (X2) will increase the student's learning motivation variable by 0.525 units of internet utilization as a learning resource, plus 0.292 units of family environment, at a constant of 43,361. |
