Abstract: This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of: 1) accountability of village fund financial statements, 2) compliance with laws and regulations, and 3) accountability of village fund financial reports and compliance with laws and regulations on the quality of village treasurer's performance. The population in this study were 40 village treasurers. Sample selection using saturated sampling technique (census sampling) as many as 40 samples. The data used is primary data. Hypothesis testing using SPSS 20. The theoretical basis used is the accountability theory of village fund financial reports, compliance with laws and regulations and the quality of the village treasurer's performance. The results showed that: 1) the accountability of the village fund financial statements partially had a significant effect on the quality of the village treasurer's performance, 2) the compliance with laws and regulations partially had no significant effect on the quality of the village treasurer's performance, 3) the accountability of the village fund financial statements and the compliance with laws and regulations. invitations simultaneously have a significant effect on the quality of the performance of the village treasurer. Abstract: This study aims to determine how much influence the regional original income, balancing funds have on the financial performance of the regional government in the regional government of the former Pekalongan Residency in 2015-2019. The subjects used in this study were regencies and cities in the former Pekalongan Residency area, which amounted to 7 regencies consisting of 5 regencies and 2 cities. The population in this study is data on the realization of the regional government budget for the former Pekalongan Residency in 2015-2019. The sample selection used a non-propability sampling technique, namely saturated sampling, because all members of the population were used as samples. The number of population and samples in this study were 35 data (7 districts/cities x 5 years). The data used are secondary data and the analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using SPSS 20 (2021) with the variables studied, namely the independent variables; local revenue and balancing funds, dependent variable; local government financial performance. The results of the study show that: 1) local revenue partially has a negative effect on local government financial performance, 2) balancing funds partially have no effect on local government financial performance, 3) regional original income and balancing funds simultaneously have a significant effect on government financial performance area. Abstract: This research aims to find out the effect of income, operating costs, and savings and loans on the rest of the business results. This is due to the alleged lack of optimization of the company in increasing revenue and savings and borrowing and in controlling the company's operating costs, thus making the rest of the company's business results (SHU) fluctuating. The population in this study is the financial statements of Swamitra Mitra Bahari Tegal savings cooperatives for the period 2018 to 2020, while the samples used in this study are income, operating expenses, saving loans, and the remaining business results (SHU) in the financial statements of Swamitra Mitra Bahari Tegal savings and loan cooperatives for the period 2018-2020. The data used is secondary data. Hypothesis testing using SPSS 20 (2021). The results showed that: 1) revenue had a significant effect on the remaining business results (SHU), 2) Operating expenses have a significant effect on the remaining business results (SHU), 3) savings and loans have no significant effect on the remaining business results (SHU), 4) income, operating expenses and savings simultaneously significantly affect the remaining business results (SHU). Abstract: In a country there is an organization that regulates and manages interests related to the economy. Indonesia is a country consisting of various regions, including islands, provinces, districts and sub-districts. Each region or region is given its own authority to regulate its territory in order to provide and facilitate the interests of its people. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of: 1) local revenue on financial performance, 2) capital expenditure on financial performance, 3) local revenue and capital expenditure on financial performance The population in this study is the local government financial statements for the 2015-2019 period. Abstract: This study aims to determine the causes that affect the accountability of village fund management from the point of view of community participation and competence of village officials. This research was conducted in the village in the district of Keanggungan. The sampling method in this study was convenience sampling with a total sample of 132 respondents consisting of the village government and the community in the village. For data analysis in this study using data quality test, descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing using SPSS 20 for windows program tools. The results of this study state that: 1) Community participation partially has a significant effect on the accountability of village fund management, 2) Competence of village apparatus partially has a significant effect on accountability of village fund management, 3) Community participation and competence of village apparatus simultaneously have a significant effect on management accountability village funds. Abstract: This study aims to analyze the determination of the quality of government financial statements from the perspective of human resource competence factors, the application of government accounting standards and internal control. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, it shows that all statement items used in this study are valid and reliable. The results of the classical assumption test show that the data is normally distributed with an Asymp Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.200 > 0.05, there are no symptoms of multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. The results of the F test show that the independent variable has a simultaneous effect on the dependent variable, namely the quality of government financial reports. The results of the t test show that only the competence of human resources and internal control variables have an effect on the quality of government financial reports. Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine whether professional training, work environment, and social values affect the perception of accounting students having a career as public accountants. This research is included in the type of descriptive research with a quantitative approach. This primary data collection method was carried out using a questionnaire method which was distributed to respondents. The population in this study were employees who took accounting study programs at Muhadi Setiabudi University. The results of this study state that partially the factors of professional training, work environment, and social values have a significant effect on career choices to become public accountants by employees who take accounting courses at Muhadi Setiabudi University. Simultaneously F-count is greater than F-table. The calculation shows that professional training, work environment, and social values have a significant influence on career choice as a public accountant by employees who take accounting courses at Muhadi Setiabudi University or in other words, are accepted. Abstract: Regional Original Income (PAD) is an important part of the region which is assessed as the level of government independence in finance, especially the Brebes Regency Government. To increase PAD, local governments must be able to explore sources that can generate income in their areas that have the potential to be taxed. Entertainment tax, parking tax and advertisement tax are local taxes. These three taxes can be a potential source of funding to provide income for the regional treasury to meet regional needs which can spur economic development in Brebes Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of entertainment tax, parking tax and advertisement tax on Brebes Regency's Original Revenue in 2015 - 2019. This study is a quantitative descriptive study and the data used are secondary data. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and literature study. Data analysis was performed using SPSS version 20, namely descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis test, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination test. The results of the study indicate that the entertainment tax partially has a significant effect on Regional Original Income. Furthermore, the parking tax partially has a significant effect on Regional Original Income. And for the advertisement tax partially has a significant effect on Regional Original Income. Therefore, simultaneously entertainment tax, parking tax and advertisement tax have a significant effect on Regional Original Income. Abstract: Profitability is an important part for every company because the size of the profitability obtained will have an influence on the company's financial condition. Sales Turnover is also an important thing for companies that affect profitability, if sales increase then profitability will also increase. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of inventory turnover, and sales growth on profitability at CV. Dian Ayu Setiabudi. Abstract: Aspek pemasaran merupakan aspek yang sangat penting dalam memasarkan produk hasil pertanian. Mekanisme pemasaran yang baik akan menguntungkan semua pihak yang terlibat. Sebuah usahatani yang produksinya cukup bagus akan gagal bila pemasarannya kurang baik. Saluran pemasaran memiliki peran penting dalam kehidupan petani memasarkan produk pertaniannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Saluran Pemasaran Umbi Porang Kelompok Tani Gunung Segara Jaya di Desa Ciseuruh Kecamatan Ketanggungan Kabupaten Brebes dan menganalisis Marjin pemasarannya dan menghitung tingkat efisiensi sistem pemasaran serta menganalisis keuntungan usahatani budidaya porang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif dan deskriptif kualitatif. Metode deskriptif kualitatif digunakan untuk menggambarkan saluran pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh kelompok tani tersebut dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dengan alat bantu berupa kuisioner dan Observasi langsung di lapangan sedangkan metode kuantitatif digunakan untuk menghitung marjin pemasaran serta mengetahui tingkat efisiensi pemasaran Umbi Porang Kelompok Tani Gunung Segara Jaya di Desa Ciseureuh Kecamatan Ketanggungan Kabupaten Brebes. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat II Saluran pemasaran dengan masing-masing marjin di tiap saluran adalah saluran I Rp.1000/Kg saluran II Rp. 1.500/Kg. Efisiensi pemasaran dikatakan efisien karena menunjukan hasil di atas 50 % yaitu saluran I 85% dan saluran II 75%. Kesimpulan dari saluran dan marjin pemasaran Umbi Porang Kelompoktani Gunung Segara Jaya di Desa Ciseureuh Kecamatan Ketanggungan Kabupaten Brebes sudah Efisien. Analisis keuntungan usahatani budidaya porang sebesar Rp. 98.305.000/tahun/Ha dengan R/C Racio sebesar 2,55 sudah efisien dan budidaya porang layak dikembangkan karena nilai R/C Ratio >1. Abstract: Persepsi merupakan suatu proses bagaimana seseorang dalam mengidentifikasi atas informasi yang bertujuan memberikan gambaran atau penilaian. Berbagai persepsi petani di kelompok tani Dewi Sri 1 Desa Grinting Kecamatan Bulakamba Kabupaten brebes telah ditemui, terutama pada pembelian pupuk bersubsidi. Identifikasi masalah yang dicari adalah perbedaan persepsi petani kelompok tani Dewi Sri 1 Desa Grinting Kecamatan Bulakamba Kabupaten Brebes terhadap pembelian pupuk bersubsidi melalui kartu tani. Tujuan yang ingin diperoleh dari hasil penelitian ini adalah mengetahui persepsi petani terhadap pembelian pupuk bersubsidi melalui kartu tani serta permasalahan yang terdapat pada aplikasi kartu tani pada tingkat petani di kelompok tani Dewi Sri 1 Desa Grinting Kecamatan Bulakamba Kabupaten Brebes. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam proses penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Waktu penelitian dimulai bulan juli sampai dengan bulan agustus tahun 2021 yang bertempat di Desa Grinting Kecamatan Bulakamba Kabupaten Brebes. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitan ini adalah Observasi, Wawancara dengan menggunakan kuisioner dan dokumentasi.Teknik wawancara yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan kuisioner penelitian. Jumlah responden yang di wawancarai 40 orang dari Kelompok Tani Dewi Sri 1. Hasil persepsi kelompok tani Dewi Sri 1 pada sub variabel diperoleh Skor 358 yang mana skor tersebut ada pada jawaban setuju. Hasil persepsi kelompok tani Dewi Sri 1 pada sub variabel alur pembelian pupuk bersubsidi melalui kartu tani telah diperoleh skor sebanyak 272, yang mana skor tersebut ada pada kategori sangat mengerti tentang alur pembelian pupuk bersubsidi dengan menggunakan kartu tani. Hasil persepsi responden Kelompok Tani Dewi Sri 1 pada sub variabel pupuk bersubsidi yang diterima oleh petani dari data kartu tani total skor yang di dapat adalah 201 yang mana ada pada kategori kurang tercukupi. Abstract: Efisiensi Pemasaran Pada Industri Tempe (Rhizopus oryzae) di Desa Pagerbarang Kecamatan Pagerbarang Kabupaten Tegal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Efisiensi pemasaran pada industri Tempe jika dilihat dari saluran pemasaran dan margin pemasaran. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode gabungan (mixed methods) diperoleh dari data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil dari penilitian ini memiliki 2 saluran pemasaran yang digunakan yaitu saluran I (produsen – konsumen) dan saluran II (produsen - pengecer - konsumen). Margin pemasaran yang diperoleh pada tiap perajin pun memiliki selisih, perajin I memperoleh Rp.300.000 , perajin II memperoleh Rp. 90.000 sedangkan perajin III memperoleh Rp. 250.000. Efisiensi pemasaran pada perajin I sebesar 83%, Efisiensi pemasaran pada perajin II 90% dan Efisiensi pemasaran pada perajin III sebesar 83%. This study addresses the following findings: (1) Communication is always carried out within a company to achieve the goals set by the company, communication is also very important to be carried out in the work process with the aim of motivating employees, providing direction from each department, and providing guidance or training for every employee. Abstract: This research aims to test the influence of service quality and product innovation on customer satisfaction to increase customer loyalty. The data used in this research is primary data. The sampling in this research was based on customers at the Joysco Barbershop shop who were found as a sample of 83 people in the 2022 period. Research results: The service quality variable (X1) has a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction (Y). The value is significant for the effect of service quality (X1). ) on customer satisfaction (Y) is 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated t value is 10,583 > t table value 1.988. The product innovation variable (X2) has a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction (Y). The significance value for the influence of product innovation on customer satisfaction is 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated t value is 7,696 > t table value 1.988. The influence of service quality and product innovation on customer satisfaction has a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction (Y). The test results show that the calculated F value is 89,896 while the F table value is 3.11, so it can be seen that the calculated F value > F table, with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, then the service quality variable and product innovation variable together (simultaneously) have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. The results of the multiple regression analysis above show that the R value of the multiple correlation coefficient is 0.209, this shows that the independent variable and the dependent variable have a level of relationship in the low category. The influence of customer satisfaction on increasing Jaysco Barbershop customer loyalty. Abstract: Public libraries as one of the service facilities that provide various sources of information that are commonly accessed by all levels of society. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and employee performance on visitor satisfaction at the Brebes Regency Public Library. The method in this study uses quantitative research whose data collection is by distributing questionnaires to visitors at the Brebes Regency Public Library with sampling techniques using non-probability sampling techniques totaling 92 respondents. The data is then processed using a statistical data analysis application, namely SPSS 25. The results of the study can be concluded as follows: Multiple regression results of service quality and employee performance have a positive effect on visitor satisfaction. The hypothesis test shows that the F test of service quality and employee performance has a significant effect on visitor satisfaction. The results of the service quality t test have a significant effect on visitor satisfaction, and employee performance has a significant effect on visitor satisfaction at the Brebes Regency Public Library. The result of the coefficient of determination of 0.698 means that visitor satisfaction at the Brebes Regency Public Library is 69.8%. Abstract: Karya Bhakti Brebes Vocational School is one of the schools in Brebes with facilities that are not inferior to other schools. Karya Bhakti Brebes Vocational School now has 6 majors including Software Engineering (RPL), Computer and Network Engineering, Multimedia, Online Business and Marketing, Office Automation and Governance, Accounting and Institutional Finance. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and work discipline on teacher performance. This type of research uses quantitative. The population of this study were teachers at Karya Bhakti Brebes Vocational School, the number of samples as respondents was 80 teachers. The type of data used is primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques with direct observation, interviews or interviews, distributing questionnaires to respondents directly and finally, namely collecting data with documentation. The data analysis technique itself is by using the SPSS version 16 program. What is being tested is the Validity and Reliability Test. Descriptive Analysis Test. Verification Analysis Tests include Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Tests and Determination Coefficient Tests. The hypothesis test is using the t test and f test. The results of this study are: 1) Leadership style has a significant and positive effect on teacher performance. It is known that the significance value for the effect of x1 on Y is equal to 0.000 <0.05 and the value of t count is 5.565 >t table 1.991. 2) Work Discipline has a significant and positive effect on employee performance. Abstract: This research aims to examine the influence of service quality and price on consumer loyalty, with consumer satisfaction as a variable that plays an intervening role. In addition, consumer satisfaction is considered a variable that mediates the relationship between service quality and price and consumer loyalty. This research method uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires to respondents who are consumers from various industrial or business sectors. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide a deeper understanding of how service quality and price can influence consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable. Apart from that, the findings of this research can also contribute to business practitioners in developing more effective marketing and management strategies to increase consumer loyalty. The analysis used is descriptive analysis, structural equation modeling (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this research show that service quality has a positive influence on customer satisfaction. This shows that service quality has a positive influence on customer satisfaction at Dedy Jaya Brebes Hotel. This is based on the service quality construct which has a t-statistic value of 4.722 which is greater than 1.96, and the value p-values of 0.000 are smaller than 0.05. Service quality has a positive influence on consumer loyalty, this shows that service quality does not have a positive influence on consumer loyalty at the Dedy Jaya Brebes Hotel. This is based on the service quality construct which has a t-statistical value of 2.971 which is greater than 1.96, and p-values of 0.003 is greater than 0.05. Price has a positive influence on consumer satisfaction. This shows that the prices given by the Dedy Jaya Brebes Hotel will influence consumer satisfaction in business. This is based on the price construct which has a t-statistical value of 3.330 which is greater than 1.96, and a p-value of 0.001 which is smaller than 0.05. Price has a positive influence on consumer loyalty. This shows that the prices provided by the Dedy Jaya Brebes Hotel will greatly increase consumer loyalty. This is based on the price construct having a t- statistical value of 3.350 which is greater than 1.96, and a p-value of 0.001 which is smaller than 0.05. Consumer satisfaction does not have a positive influence on consumer loyalty, this shows that customer satisfaction at the Dedy Jaya Brebes Hotel has a big influence in increasing consumer loyalty at the Dedy Jaya Brebes Hotel. This is based on the consumer satisfaction construct which has a t-statistic value of 1.857 which is smaller than 1.96, and a p-value of 0.063 which is greater than 0.05. Abstract: Wedding Organizer Ratu Rias is a company that provides services for the general public for wedding activities. This study aims to determine the effect of Price and Service Quality on the Decision to Use the Services of a Wedding Organizer Ratu Rias. This type of research uses quantative. Data collection methods with direct observation, interviews or interviews, questionnaire data through google forms and data collection with documentation. The population is consumers who have used services, with a research sample of 64 respondents. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 22. The tests of this research are Validity and Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test such as Normality Test, Multicolonierity Test and Heteroscedasticity Test. Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test using T Test and F Test. The results of the data analysis obtained that: 1) price has no effect and is not significant on the decision to use the services of a wedding organizer Ratu Rias Sidate. It is known that the significance value for the effect of X1 on Y is 0.215 > 0.05. And the calculated t value is 1.254 < t table is 1.670. 2) While the Quality of Service has a positive and significant influence on the decision to use the services of a wedding organizer Ratu Rias. It is known that the significance value of X2 to Y is 0.000 < 0.05. Abstract: The problem that arises at this time is satisfaction with the service from the performance of government employees for the community, both at the village level to the national level. This research was conducted on the basis of problems that arise in the community from what they have received so far from Bangsri Village government services. Whether or not the community is satisfied is the direct experience of the community from service and employee performance for what has been obtained. This research was conducted in Bangsri Village, Bulakamba District, Brebes Regency from March 2023 to July 2023. The population in this study was 12,749 people and the sample for this study was 99 respondents. The testing tool and data analysis in this study used SPSS 26 with the method of testing and analysis through validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, t test, F test, Coefficient of Determination test. Results in this study shows that service quality has a significant effect on community satisfaction, as evidenced by the t value for variable X1 (8,157) greater than t table (1.661).The performance of village government officials has a significant effect on community satisfaction, this is evidenced by the t value calculated for variable X2 (5,934) is greater than t table (1.661) and the significant value of t X2 is less than 0.05 or 0.009 <0.05 Quality of service and performance of village government officials has a significant effect on community satisfaction, this result is indicated by a significant value of 0.000 greater than 0.05 and a calculated F value of 355,333 greater than F table 3.938 Service Quality and Performance of Village Government Apparatuses is able to predict the dependent variable, namely Community Satisfaction of 94.4%, the remaining 5.6% is explained by other variables outside this research. Abstract: This study aims to determine the influence of the family environment and activeness in the organization on the academic achievement of study students at the Hima of the Faculty of Economics, Muhadi Setiabudi University. This research uses explanatory research with quantitative methods. The technique used in this study used a saturated sampling technique with active student respondents participating in the Student Association of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhadi Setiabudi University. totaling 50 students. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, the analytical method used was multiple linear regression. The results of this study show that: 1) Students who are active in participating in HIMA are in the category of high academic achievement as much as 62%, those who fall into the moderate category are as much as 32%, and those who fall into the less category are as much as 6%. 2) There is a positive and significant influence of the family environment on academic achievement. There is a positive and significant influence of activeness in the organization on academic achievement. There is a positive and significant influence of family environment and activeness in organizations on academic achievement.
