Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of human relations and outsourcing on work performance at the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) Brebes which describes activities at the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) Brebes which include resource activities. Human resources include field survey activities carried out by permanent workers and contract workers at BPS Brebes. The type of research used in the research activity is descriptive quantitative, by analyzing numerical data using statistical methods through research hypotheses by conducting field observations, conducting interviews, distributing questionnaires or questionnaires to workers as many as 78 respondents both permanent workers or contract workers who participate participate in research at the BPS Brebes Agency which is used as primary data and uses references from journals or previous research as secondary data which is then processed using Statistical Program For Social Science (SPSS) version 22. The results obtained from this study explain that the relationship between humans has a t count of 3.215 > t table which is 1.99210 and a significance value of 0.002 < 0.05. It can be concluded that the relationship between humans has a positive effect on work performance and outsourcing with a t value of 6,418 > t table 1.99210 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05 then outsourcing is declared to have a significant effect on work performance, so the variables of human relations and outsourcing are jointly (simultaneous) effect on work performance at the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) Brebes. Abstract: This study has the main objective of knowing how the influence of E-WOM (electronic word of mouth) and the appeal of the decision to visit the Rest Area Heritage KM 260B. This study uses a quantitative research type with the SPSS version 22 method. The population used in this study is all visitors in the Heritage Rest Area with a sample of 101 respondents, consisting of 16 questions and obtained by distributing questionnaires to all Rest Area Heritage visitors. offline (paper) and online (google form). The results showed that the E-WOM variable had a positive effect on visiting decisions with a significance value (sig) of 0.000 < probability 0.05 and a tcount of 5,458 > ttable of 1,985. The attractiveness variable has a positive effect on the decision to visit with a significance value (sig) of 0.009 < probability 0.05 and a tcount of 2.667 > ttable of 1.985, so it can be interpreted that the variation of all independent variables, namely E-WOM and attractiveness can affect the decision to visit. Abstract: In order to enforce discipline, companies often make rules that can be implemented by employees so as to provide motivation and good disciplinary habits or culture to employees, so that employee performance is even more optimal. Good employee performance will have an effect on company productivity. The approach in this study uses quantitative methods. The location of this research is at PT. Long Rich Indonesia. The time of the research was carried out for 7 months starting in January 2022 from the start of submitting the title to completion in November 2022. The population in this study were 4540 employees of PT. Long Rich Indonesia. The sample in this study used 100 respondents. The sample in this study used 100 respondents. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis. Data analysis using SPSS 25.0 program. The results of this study indicate that partially organizational culture has a significant influence on employee performance. Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, as well as the path coefficient test for work motivation as an intellectual variable between organizational culture and employee performance. Abstract: The Mangrove tourism object of annexed barong ambulu located in Losari District, Cirebon Regency on the direct border of West Java and Central Java has potential that has not been managed optimally by pngelola (Pokdarwis), the public, the private sector and the government. The increase and decrease in the number of tourists, income from ticket prices and local original income are used as benchmarks in the development of tourist attractions. The population in this study is all people who have traveled to Mangrove tourism objects caplok barong. The sample of this study was 100 people with random sampling technique. The data used comes from primary and secondary data. This type of research uses quantitative and qualitative mix research types. The results of this study occupy quadrant IV so it is necessary to develop using a diversification strategy. The average contribution of Mangrove Caplok Barong tourism objects to local original income in 2018-2022 is 660,550. Mangrove Caplok Barong Ambulu Tourism Object needs to maximize the existing strength factors so as not to experience setbacks in tourism competition. The existing threat factors need to be minimized by recognizing what is a threat and then the existing threats are processed in order to become the strength and potential that can be owned by the Mangrove Caplok Barong Ambulu Tourism Object. Abstract: Meizaya is a veil brand that has now spread among the public. There are so many veil brands spread in Indonesia such as Zoya, Rabani, Ellzata, and many more, the amount of competition makes Meizaya apply an alternative, namely creating the best quality and latest veil products. Meizaya displays the latest and best collections in an increasingly competitive business development, making Meizaya continue to innovate day by day. This type of research is quantitative. The population of this study was active customers using a sample of 100 respondents. Data collection method by distributing questionnaires to respondents online using google form. Brand Awareness has a positive direction towards the Meizaya Veil Purchase Decision. This is supported by the calculated value for Brand Awareness (X1) of 4,518 greater than the ttable value of 1,985 (2,916 > 1,985) and the sig value. The t-test on Brand Awareness is less than 0.05 (0.004 < 0.05) and the Marketing Mix has a positive direction towards the Meizaya Veil Purchase Decision. This is supported by the calculated value for Marketing Mix (X2) of 2.019 greater than the ttable value of 1.984 (6.268 > 1.984) and the sig value. t-test on Marketing Mix from 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). Brand Awareness and Marketing Mix together Kep Meizaya Veil purchase messenger. This is supported by the calculated value obtained of 226.033 greater than the ftable value of (226.033 > 3.93). Abstract: This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation and tenure on employee performance. The method use in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis, which is based on facts that accur in the field. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis used in this study used the normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. After going through the validity and reliability tests, then the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression tests and tests of the coefficient of determination. The researcher processed the data from the results of the questionnaire answers using the SPSS 17 application. Work in this research has an effect on employee performance. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination, an R of 0.335 or 33.5% is obtained, this indicated that variables of work motivation and length of servicehave a 33.5% influence on employee performance variables, while the remaining 66.5% is influenced by other variables not present in this study. This research was conducted at the Indonesian Post Office in Brebes Regency. The theory that supports this research and the sample used in this study is 69 respondents from 84 populations. Abstract: This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, determine the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance, determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, determine the influence of organizational culture, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction together on employee performance at PT BIG Brebes. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach and the type of research is empirical studies supported by surveys. The method used in this study is the correlational research method, which is research that aims to determine whether there is an association between two or more variables, and how far the correlation exists between the variables studied. The population in this study is all employees at PT BIG, Brebes totaling 2650 people. The sampling technique in this study used the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 10% of 96 respondents. The data used is primary data in the form of questionnaire instruments. Data analysis techniques with multiple regression analysis. The results of the study obtained a value t calculate the variable of organizational culture of 3.915 > t table 1.98580, which means that organizational culture has a significant and positive effect on employee performance at PT BIG Brebes; t value calculate the organizational commitment variable of 3.144 > t table 1.98580, which means that organizational culture has a significant and positive effect on employee performance at PT BIG Brebes; t value calculate job satisfaction variable of 6.249 > t table 1.98580, which means that organizational culture has a significant and positive effect on employee performance at PT BIG Brebes; and a calculated F value of 88,800 > F table 2.47 which means organizational culture, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction together affect employee performance at PT BIG Brebes. The ability variables of organizational culture, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction simultaneously in this study affect employee performance at PT BIG Brebes by 73.50%, while the remaining 26.50% is explained by other variables. Abstract: CV. Amanah Sentosa Tegal is a small company engaged in the distribution sector that provides food snack products. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of price, product quality and product diversity on purchasing decisions for CV Amanah Sentosa Tegal. The approach used in this study is an associative approach. The research population is infinite with a purposive sampling technique, so that a sample of 500 shops is taken. Data analysis techniques in this study used instrumental tests covering validity and reliability, classical assumption tests covering normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test F test, and determination test. data processing using the SPSS software program (statustic package for the social scienceb) 0.25 for windows, the results of the study show that partially, each price variable, product quality and product diversity affect purchasing decisions. This is evidenced by the tcount value of 0.2646 > ttable of 0.1991 with a significance value of 0.040 <0.05. Partially, product quality variables influence purchasing decisions at CV Amanah Sentosa Tegal. This is evidenced by the tcount value of 2.086 < ttable of 0.1991 with a significance value of 0.035 > 0.05. And product diversity variables affect purchasing decisions at CV Amanah Sentosa Tegal. This is evidenced by the tcount value of 2.975 < ttable of 0.1991 with a significance value of 0.004 > 0.05. and the price variable is the most dominant variable y. Abstract: Companies must pay attention to the production process to produce the best quality. Good product quality is obtained from the raw materials used and the production process that goes through. The approach in this study uses a quantitative method. The position in this research is at PT. Indokarya Gemilang Star. When the study was carried out until July 2023 The population in this study was 1985 employees of PT. Indokarya Gemilang Star. The sample in this study used 90 respondents. Testing the hypothesis using multiple linear regression analysis. Information analysis uses the SPSS 16.0 program. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the Goods Control System and business position affect consumer buying attention, as evidenced by the sig value of 0.021 <0.05 and the calculated F-value is greater than F-table which is 4.064> 3.10. partial Goods Control System affects export quality, as evidenced by the sig value of 0.036 <0.05 and the t-count value is greater than t-table which is 2.129> 1.987. On the other hand, business position does not partially affect export quality , evidenced by the sig value of 0.135> 0.05 and the t-count value is smaller than the t-table which is 1.510 <1.987. Abstract: This study aims to find out: the influence of marketing strategies and service quality on room occupancy rates at King Royal Hotel Brebes. This type of research is quantitative. The population of this study was visitors using a sample of 98 respondents. The survey collection method is by distributing questionnaires to respondents both directly and online using google forms. The technique of determining the number of samples in the study used random sampling techniques. Data analysis using the SPSS 25 program. The results of the study stated that; 1) partially, the marketing strategy variable has a calculated value of ttable < where (5.889 > 1.661) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05 that the marketing strategy has a significant positive effect on room occupancy rates; 2) partially, the service quality variable has a calculated value > table where (6.279 > 1.661) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05 that the quality of service has a significant positive effect on room occupancy rates; 3) simultaneously marketing strategies and service quality on room occupancy rates show the results that the calculated value of the Ftable > is (152.696 > 3.942), with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05, So the variables of marketing strategy and service quality together (simultaneously) have a positive effect on room occupancy rates. It is expected to maintain the quality of service to consumers, competent and experienced human resources to design the right marketing strategy to maximize guest visits and room occupancy rates. Abstract: There are more and more MSME actors who have the potential to help the country's economy, starting from small units, which will certainly become a relatively resilient economic wheel. Therefore, implementing strategies to market products and services is very important for a person to be able to compete and also influence consumers to want to buy the products they sell or offer. So, to improve consumer purchasing decisions at UMKM Mitra Mandiri must pay attention to price competition, product and service quality. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of: 1) price on consumer purchasing decisions, 2) products on consumer purchasing decisions, 3) service quality on consumer purchasing decisions, and 4) price, product and service quality simultaneously on consumer purchasing decisions in UMKM Mitra Mandiri Brebes Regency. The research population was 375 people, with a sample of 79 people. Sampling using the Slovin formula using the incidental technique. The data used is primary data from the answers to the respondent's questionnaire. Testing the hypothesis using SPSS 25. The theoretical basis used is price, product, service quality, and consumer purchasing decisions. The results showed that price has a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions, product has a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions, service quality has a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions, and simultaneously price, product and service quality simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer purchasing decision variables at UMKM Mitra Mandiri Brebes Regency. Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of price on consumer satisfaction in Garuda peanut products in Brebes Regency, to determine the effect of quality on consumer satisfaction in Garuda peanut products in Brebes Regency, and to determine the effect of price and quality on customer satisfaction in Garuda peanut products in Brebes Regency. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach and the type of research is a case study supported by a survey. The method used in this study is the correlational research method, namely research that aims to determine whether there is an association between two or more variables, and how far the correlation is between the variables studied. The population in this study is all Garuda bean consumers in Brebes district whose number is unknown, while the sample is 143 using the Lemeshow formula because the population size is unknown. The data used is primary data in the form of a questionnaire instrument. Data analysis technique with multiple regression analysis. The results of the study obtained a significance value (Sig) for the Price variable of 0.000 and Product Quality of 0.000 < the value of Sig. 0.05, which means that there is an effect of price on consumer satisfaction and the effect of product quality on consumer satisfaction. The F table value is 31.614 > from F count 2.74, then the price and product quality simultaneously have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction. The ability of the price and product quality variables in this study affects consumer satisfaction at Garuda Peanut in Brebes,Regency by 69.90%, while the remaining 30.10% is explained by other variables. Abstract: The intense competition in the culinary business greatly af ects sales turnover which greatly influences the continuity of a business. The concept of selling itself is an activity that relies on the ability of the company team (sales) to make consumers trust and believe in the products of ered. So to increase culinary business sales, business actors must pay attention to branding, taste and market segmentation. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the ef ect of: 1) branding on increasing sales, 2) taste on increasing sales, 2) market segmentation on increasing sales, and 3) branding, taste and market segmentation on increasing sales simultaneously at Seblak Mega Easy Losari shop. The research population was 1,250 people. Sampling in this study used the Slovin formula using an incidental technique with a total of 93 samples. The data used is primary data from the answers to the respondent's questionnaire. Hypothesis testing uses SPSS 25. The theoretical basis used is branding, taste, market segmentation, and sales. The results showed that branding had a significant ef ect on increasing sales, taste had a significant ef ect on increasing sales, market segmentation had a significant ef ect on increasing sales, and simultaneously branding, taste and market segmentation had a significant ef ect on increasing sales at Kedai Seblak Mega Easy Losari. Abstract: Analytical analysis is an analysis that is used to find out the relationship in a financial statement such as a balance sheet financial statement and profit and loss statement. The financial analysis that is used between lain rasio profitabilitas and likuiditas. The purpose of this study was to determine the results of cash management analysis on the profitability and liquidity of Alfamart Bojongsari. Alfamart Bojongsar, Brebes, Central Java, in the process each of them has to experience turnover according to the company's activities. However, the company's profitability tends to increase in the last 3 years. The approach in this study uses a qualitative method. The position in this research is located at Alfamart Bojongsari Brebes. When the research will be conducted in 2023. The population in this study is the financial data of Alfamart Bojongsari from 2020 to 2023. The hypothesis testing uses profitability and liquidity ratio analysis. The results of this study indicate that the analysis of cash management on its profitability, and proves that from 2020, 2021 to 2022 has experienced a significant increase, can be downloaded from the financial statements of the last three years and management Cash to Likuiditas levels, it is proven that from 2020, 2021 to 2022 experienced increases and decreases, and from the last three years of financial statements.
